1. SCOPE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations related to purchasing a ticket for the EUPHORICA Festival. They apply to all attendees of the festival. Only our terms and those of the venue are valid. We do not accept conflicting or deviating conditions unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. CONTRACT FORMATION

Booking is done by completing the ticket form on www.euphorica.at and receiving an automatic response. The contract is only valid after our confirmation in written form (e.g. email). We reserve the right to reject any contract offer without stating reasons. Minimum age for contract formation is 18 years.

3. SELF RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing the ticket and attending the Festival from June 4-7, 2026 each participant assumes responsibility for their own physical and psychological health and wellbeing. Participants are expected to act with self-responsibility in all matters.

4. OUR SERVICES

Our offerings include multiple daily 5Rhythms sessions, a party night, yoga sessions, breathwork, meditations, a cuddle space and various surprises.

There will also be bodywork/massage offers which are not included in our service.

Accommodation and meals at Campus Horn and Hotel Blie are booked through our festival registration ONLY and paid on-site at the hotel reception.

5. RIGHT OF RESIDENCE

Access to the venue is allowed only with prior registration and confirmation from our side.

6. TICKETS

Christmas Pre-sale ticket 290€ - A limited number of 50 Christmas Tickets are available from 1st to 24th of December 2025

Pre-sale ticket 290€ - Available from 14th of January to 28th of February 2026

Early bird ticket 350€ - Available from 1st of March to 20th of April 2026

Regular ticket 400€ - Available from 1st May to 3rd of June 2026

SPECIAL TICKETS

Available from 14th of January 2026

Low-income-countries &

Everyone born after 1990 250€

Crew price 150€

To join the crew please apply by email first.

After your email application for the crew and a positive feedback, this category is available for you.

Your ticket, registration and room reservation can be transferred to another person with our approval! (Except crew ticket!)

7. PAYMENT

Upon ticket purchase, the full festival amount is due. Accommodation is paid on-site in cash or by card.

Your invoice will be issued automatically after your ticket purchase.

You will receive the invoice for your accommodation from Campus Horn after making your payment there.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY FESTIVAL

No ticket cancellations possible.
Ticket transfer to another person requires organizer approval, with a €70 administration fee. Transfer of a ticket is possible till 24 hours before the start of the Festival. Please get in touch with us.
A crew ticket is non-transferrable.

CAMPUS HORN & HOTEL BLIE

Until 4.5.2026 you can cancel your room reservation for free.
After that 100% of the room price might be charged, depending if your room/bed can be resold.
Please get in touch with us, we will try to resell your accommodation.

We highly recommend getting insurance (e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung). It’s a small investment that can be very valuable in case of cancellation.

9. RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTICIPANTS

Participants must provide correct information in the registration form.
In case of non-attendance, written cancellation is required.
Purchasing a ticket means you agree to these terms & conditions and confirm that you've read and accepted the information provided on the website.

10. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is collected, stored, and processed as necessary for contract fulfillment and in compliance with privacy laws. Data is confidential and not shared unless required for contractual obligations or by law. For more details, refer to our privacy policy.

11. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

Participants are not allowed to take audio, photo, or video recordings during a session.

We reserve the right to take promotional photos and videos during the event, respecting individuals' privacy.

It will be announced beforehand if a session is recorded in some way.

12. INSTRUCTIONS

Participants need to follow instructions from the organizers and the crew. Not following these may lead to action and measures. Serious rule violations can result in being removed from the event without a ticket refund.

13. DOGS

Bringing dogs is possible with prior agreement.

14. EVENT CANCELLATION

Refunds are available if the entire festival is canceled. No compensation is provided for other incurred costs (e.g. travel expenses).

15. LIABILITY & COMPENSATION
The festival organisers as well as the teachers and facilitators cannot be held liable for any damages, losses or accidents during the festival. Participants are responsible for their own actions and belongings. This includes any costs for repairs, cleaning, medical care or other additional expenses that may arise. Participants take part in the festival at their own risk and are encouraged to take care of their personal safety and wellbeing at all times.

16. CHANGES TO PROGRAM

We reserve our right to adjust the program. There is no guarantee that at the time of your ticket purchase the classes and teachers will be the same as in the sample schedule. It’s a guideline to what you can expect at the festival.
