Question 2

Can I buy my ticket on site?

No, the ticket sale ends on the 3rd of June. 
If you're interested in participating, we recommend purchasing your ticket sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment in case the festival sells out.

Question 3

I have problems paying online, what can I do?

Please contact us at dance@euphorica.at with an explanation what problems are occurring and we will find a way.

Question 4

What if I buy a ticket but cannot attend?

Accepted Answer

There is no ticket cancellation possible.

Up to 24 hours before the festival, tickets & registrations can be transferred to another person with our approval. 
In this case, the person who cancels pays a €70 administration fee.

Crew tickets CAN NOT be transferred!!!

We highly recommend getting insurance (e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung)(https://www.europaeische.at/reiseversicherungen/kursseminarkongress-stornoschutz). It’s a small investment that can be very valuable in case of cancellation.
