Our six Euphorica teachers 2026 are experienced 5Rhythms facilitators, bringing diverse backgrounds, styles and perspectives to the dance floor. They guide you through the rhythms with creativity, passion and authenticity - supporting you to connect deeply with your body and express your true self.
Spain
Irene Hernandez-Sanchez
Irene has been a Waves Teacher since 2014 and a Heartbeat Teacher since 2018. She's Systemic Family Therapist, Grief Process facilitator and Sociologist with a Master’s in Human Resources.

Based in Murcia, she’s spent the last decade rooted in her local 5R community while also teaching across Spain and abroad. She loves the balance between deep roots and the adventurous spirit of a traveling teacher.
Her teaching style offers safe spaces to dive deep—starting in comfort and expanding into long-term transformation. Down-to-earth, clear, loving, and passionate, she’s gifted at creating community and commitment.

Great Britain
Ajay Rajani
Ajay Rajani, a 5Rhythms teacher trained with Jonathan Horan in 2014, has over 10 years of teaching experience and has mentored trainee teachers.
Born in Africa with Indian roots and raised in London, he now lives in Portugal and speaks five languages. His 20+ year spiritual practice in meditation informs his teaching, inspiring students to embody the moment and let body and spirit guide them.

Austria
Stefania Kregel
Born in Italy from a Belgian mother and a US American father and now living in Austria, Stefania found the 5Rhythms as a common language to connect differences and cultures. She has been passionately dancing since 2005 and teaching since 2016, as well as leading organisations, creating festivals and producing workshops to share the connecting power of dance.
As a trainer in non violent communication, she brings a particular focus on conscious connection and authenticity in relationships on and off the dancefloor.
Her teaching style is soft and clear, wild and friendly - subtly but surely reminding us that the world our hearts are dreaming of might not be as far away as we think.

Chris Camp
Chris is a certified 5Rhythms teacher (Waves, Heartbeat) with a lifelong passion for music and dance. He discovered 5Rhythms in 2004 and found a space where he could both lose and find himself on the dance floor.
His teaching integrates deep personal transformation, trauma awareness and embodiment.
Wild and raw, Chris helps others access their own depth, release what no longer serves them, and connect with the full richness of embodied living.

Austria
Verena Sacher-Graiff
Based in Innsbruck, Verena has experienced 5Rhythms as “love at first dance” almost thirty years ago. After years of self-exploration through movement, art and art therapy, she became a teacher in 2014.
Her background in sculpture, painting, photography and art therapy deepened her understanding of the body as a creative and expressive tool.
She now guides others to discover their own authentic dance, fostering self-expression, presence and their inner truth.

Thierry François
Thierry began dancing as a child, moving from ballet to theatre and clown work to explore expression and connection.
​
Thierry has been teaching in Austria regularly for the last 14 years.
He is Gestalt therapist, completed Waves training with Gabrielle Roth in 2010 and is now in Heartbeat training with Jonathan Horan. He is also one of the leaders of a world wide movement working with men.
His teaching reflects his love of movement, creativity, humor and music.
