What does the schedule look like?
Please find a SAMPLE of a possible Festival Timetable below. This is merely an example of how our schedule might appear! Take a glimpse to envision how our system will function.
The detailed program is currently in the making and is a co-creational process involving our six different teachers. We are working to coordinate and optimize the festival plans, creating a cohesive thread that mindfully weaves the spirit and maps of the 5Rhythms into this unique format.

How do I choose which class to attend?
Typically, there are 2 or more offerings taking place simultaneously. Each room opens 15 minutes prior to the wave's start and closes thereafter. Should the dancer capacity for one room be reached, you have the opportunity to explore the second offering.

We are thrilled to introduce our exceptional team of certified 5Rhythms® Teachers. These spirited guides will lead you through the landscapes of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, creating an immersive and transformative experience. Each of them is bringing their distinct energy and expertise to co-create a festival that resonates with the beats of individuality and unity.

France/Croatia

Thierry Francois

Thierry is a Gestalt therapist and in the early 2000s, he came across 5Rhythms and it enabled him to finally integrate body work into his practice. In 2010 he completed his training with Gabrielle Roth and has been teaching since back then. He is also committed to working with men's groups, through ManKind Project. Thierry is teaching with great enthusiasm and communicating his passion in a creative, easygoing and humorous way.

Romana Tripolt

Romana who was trained by Gabrielle Roth, lives by the philosophy of "I dance my life and live the dance!" She leads therapeutic dance groups, trains EMDR in Europe, heads the Akademie für Traumatherapie, and founded IBT - Integrative Bewegte Traumatherapie. Her international work includes offering 5Rhythms classes, workshops, and retreats especially for women. She has been dancing since 1982 and teaching since 2010.

Chris Camp

Chris has always been fascinated by human functioning. While exploring various modalities, his true passion lies in the transformative power of the 5 Rhythms. Accredited as a Waves & Heartbeat level Teacher, he seamlessly integrates Dance-Movement Therapy, Body Mind Centering, and Somatic Experiencing into his workshops. He has been teaching since 2014.

Ruth Hirst

Ruth teaches with a subtly that encourages each dancer to listen to what is moving within them. She is passionate to create a space that is safe and transformative. The music and dance are mediums, healers, catalysts, that keep calling us back into movement. Calling us Home to be with an embodied awareness in living and being with each other. Ruth has been dancing since 2001 and teaching since 2010.

Marion Braumüller-Henckes

Marion fell in love with the 5Rhythmen after dancing her first wave more than 20 years ago. It combines all for her: Workout, Meditation, arriving in the body.

Before that she has been working as a Montessori teacher and artist in pre-schools and schools. Marion has been dancing since 2003 and teaching since 2020.

Ajay Rajani

Ajay is an accredited teacher who trained with Jonathan Horan in 2014 and teaching since back then. He was born in Africa with Indian roots and grew up in London.

His spiritual journey began over 20 years ago with a strong practice of seated meditation this continues to inform his 5Rhythms teaching where he inspires embodying the moment and allowing your body to be your greatest teacher.

The two talented Austrian musicians Johannes Kronegger & Joachim Grübler will support our first evening with high vibrating music and sounds.
FOCUS IN MUSIC by Klangquelle

"Focus in Music" is an invitation to fully arrive in the moment through the power of music.

Liegekonzert® is a setting where the audience is ment to lay down while diving into the bath of various instruments and sounds. And yes, you are completely free to follow your impulses - whether that means nestling down in your own cozy spot, joining others, or even exploring movement while sitting or standing.

Each of the instruments Johannes and Joachim are playing, brings a unique sonic effect that enriches the overall experience.
Their music arises from mindful observation of the energy in the space. Meditative sounds and driving rhythms from Johannes' diverse array of instruments blend seamlessly with freely flowing melodic lines and expressive sound patterns from Joachim's wind instruments.

The Liegekonzert® will take place on Thursday evening. After the first welcome waves at Euphorica you are invited to dive deep into this world of sound.

We've curated this concert with the intention of
- Supporting our bodies to fully arrive at the festival and ground themselves in the present moment
