SCHEDULE 2024

SESSION GUIDELINES

Each of our rooms has a limited capacity on numbers of dancers.
The dance space opens 15 minutes before the session begins. Once a certain number of participants is reached, the doors will be closed. Please respect the session's capacity and ongoing progress, and refrain from entering the room after 10 minutes from the start. The system operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
When the sign "session in progress" or "session is full" is posted outside the door, please do not enter that room any more.
If a session you intended to join is full, there's typically an alternative available at the same time or shortly after. We recommend considering joining the alternative session.
Once you've selected a class, please stick with your choice. Of course you can leave during a session but we encourage staying for its entirety to benefit the group process.

These spirited guides will lead you through the landscapes of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, creating an immersive and transformative experience. Each of them is bringing their distinct energy and expertise to co-create a festival that resonates with the beats of individuality and unity.

France/Croatia

Thierry Francois

Thierry is a Gestalt therapist and in the early 2000s, he came across 5Rhythms and it enabled him to finally integrate body work into his practice. In 2010 he completed his training with Gabrielle Roth and has been teaching since back then. He is also committed to working with men's groups, through ManKind Project. Thierry is teaching with great enthusiasm and communicating his passion in a creative, easygoing and humorous way.

Austria

Romana Tripolt

Romana who was trained by Gabrielle Roth, lives by the philosophy of "I dance my life and live the dance!" She leads therapeutic dance groups, trains EMDR in Europe, heads the Akademie für Traumatherapie, and founded IBT - Integrative Bewegte Traumatherapie. Her international work includes offering 5Rhythms classes, workshops, and retreats especially for women. She has been dancing since 1982 and teaching since 2010.

Chris Camp

Chris has always been fascinated by human functioning. While exploring various modalities, his true passion lies in the transformative power of the 5 Rhythms. Accredited as a Waves & Heartbeat level Teacher, he seamlessly integrates Dance-Movement Therapy, Body Mind Centering, and Somatic Experiencing into his workshops. He has been teaching since 2014.

Ruth Hirst

Ruth teaches with a subtly that encourages each dancer to listen to what is moving within them. She is passionate to create a space that is safe and transformative. The music and dance are mediums, healers, catalysts, that keep calling us back into movement. Calling us Home to be with an embodied awareness in living and being with each other. Ruth has been dancing since 2001 and teaching since 2010.

Austria

Marion Braumüller-Henckes

Marion fell in love with the 5Rhythmen after dancing her first wave more than 20 years ago. It combines all for her: Workout, Meditation, arriving in the body.

Before that she has been working as a Montessori teacher and artist in pre-schools and schools. Marion has been dancing since 2003 and teaching since 2020.

Ajay Rajani

Ajay is an accredited teacher who trained with Jonathan Horan in 2014 and teaching since back then. He was born in Africa with Indian roots and grew up in London.

His spiritual journey began over 20 years ago with a strong practice of seated meditation this continues to inform his 5Rhythms teaching where he inspires embodying the moment and allowing your body to be your greatest teacher.
