What ticket shall I choose?Early supporter ticket 290€ - The early bird is available from 1st of Februar and limited to 50 places. If it is not shown in the ticket sale it is sold out. Regular ticket 340€ is the standard ticket which is valid until 7th of May. Full supporter ticket 390€ This category is meant for those who are extremely excited about this event, able, and willing to contribute the voluntary higher amount. Late bookers ticket 390€ This is the only valid price up from 8th of May if you are not a teacher or in the crew. Special tickets: 5Rhythms teachers 250€ If you are a certified 5Rhythms® teacher or currently in the teacher training. Crew price 150€ To join the crew please apply by email first. We'll send you more detailed info.

Can I buy my ticket on site?No, the ticket sale ends on the 26th of June. If you're interested in participating, we recommend purchasing your ticket sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment in case the festival sells out.

I have problems paying online, what can I do?Please contact us at dance@euphorica.at with an explanation what problems are occurring and we will find a way.

What if I buy a ticket but cannot attend?You have the possibility to cancel your ticket until 7th of May and get a refund of 50%. The ticket, registration and room reservation can be transferred to someone else until 24 hours before the start of the festival - WITH OUR APPROVAL. We need to be notified about the change and upon our positive reply a 60€ administration fee applies.

Can I collect credits for the 5Rhythms teacher training?Yes, you can. All single waves classes can be logged with approval from the specific teacher.

Is it possible to attend for one day only?Currently we only sell 4-days-festival passes. We might start selling day tickets later, depending on the demand. If you're interested, send us an email, and we'll let you know if anything changes.

Can I attend without any knowledge of the 5Rhythms?We encourage you to experience at least 15 hours of waves before the festival, either online or in person, but it’s not obligatory. If it's your first time diving into any method of conscious movement, please get in touch with us beforehand.

Can I transfer my wristband to another person?Wristbands are not transferable and must be worn during the festival days in order to attend the sessions and party. Damaged wristbands will not be replaced and are considered as void. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. Please show your wristband when entering a session room to our crew.

What do I need to bring?Please pack clothing in layers, your water bottle and a blanket, a yoga mat and a seating cushion for yoga and meditation. If you prefer, bring dancing shoes if you feel more comfortable than bare feet. Don't forget swimwear, suncream etc. and a rain jacket — just in case. To avoid mix-ups and a huge lost&found box, we suggest labeling your personal belongings with your name.

What shall I wear at the Fancy Party Night?Dress in whatever makes you feel absolutely comfortable and radiates your own unique style. Get inspired by the vibrant and uplifting colors of Euphorica to create a look that truly captures the spirit of joy and positivity!

Do I have to sign up for each session?Certain classes, such as the Women and Men Circle, will have a sign-up sheet available at our registration desk. Due to the limited number of participants for these popular sessions, we recommend early sign-ups.

How can I attend a session?Make sure to be there on time! That means: Each space opens 15 minutes before the session. Once a specific number of participants is reached, the doors will be closed. Kindly respect when a session is at full capacity or in progress (10 minutes after the start), and do not enter the room any more. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis. In case a session you wanted to attend is full, there is typically an alternative available at the same time or a little after. We recommend considering joining that alternative session.

Can I leave the dance space during a session?Of course you can leave during a session. However, for the benefit of the group process, we recommend staying for the entire duration of the session. Once you've made a selection for a class, kindly stick with your choice.

Can I take photos or videos during a session?Participants are not allowed to take audio, photo, or video recordings during a session. We reserve the right to occasionally take promotional photos and videos during the event, respecting individuals' privacy. It will be announced beforehand if a session is recorded in some way.

Is it possible to access the dance spaces outside of scheduled sessions?Each space opens 15 Minutes before the session and closes 15 Minutes after the session for cleaning and preparation. If you are looking for a place to hang out, a great place to do so is the lounge on the 2nd floor. The location offers a variety of possibilities and there will be enough space for your needs. Just ask us!

Will there be alcohol at the Festival?Yes there will, but we highly recommend to respect the 5Rhythms movement practice as an alcohol and substance free practice. We reserve the right to exclude individuals from a session if it is evident that they are not sober.

Can I have my mobile phone with me at the dance space?Yes, but please switch it to flight mode. Recommendation to mobile phones: Don’t spend time on electronic devices, you will be better connected when you disconnect! ;-)

What if a session has started and I want to attend?When the sign "session in progress" or "session is full" is posted outside the door, please do not enter that room any more.

What's the festival language? Any translation?All sessions and classes will be held in English. There will be no official translation to German or any other language. Contact us if you feel uncertain about your English skills.

Can I talk on the dance floor?The dance floor is our special, sacred area and it's important for the energy in the room to keep it free from chatting. If you need to speak with another dancer, just step out of the room briefly and then come back in again.

What kind of food can we expect at Campus Horn?The hotel will be cooking vegetarian offers in buffet style with mostly organic ingredients, there will be warm dishes and variety of salads and dessert. The hotel is set to prepare a buffet-style spread featuring vegetarian meals, crafted with mostly organic ingredients. Expect warm dishes and an array of salads and dessert. You can choose vegan and gluten-free dietary options.

What is included in my price for the accommodation?Your chosen rate includes full board - breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Are there single rooms available at Campus Horn?Yes, there is a limited amount of single rooms available. We will announce on the website when they are fully booked.

What's the difference between a SHARED room and a FRIENDS room?There are different FRIENDS rooms with 4, 5 or 6 beds. The beds are divided into two rooms next to each other. The price is 228€ for any of these three room sizes. Showers are in the rooms. You can book this category, even if you don't have anybody to share yet! SHARED rooms have showers on the FLOOR. The prices are 219€ for a 3-bed-room and 212€ for a 6-bed-room. Prices are per person. If you do not have any room mates yet, in both options we will match you with other dancers of same sex.

Can I choose an alternative accommodation outside the Campus?Yes, but please be aware that there will be a daily fee of Euro 48 which includes the hotel fee, lunch and dinner. No breakfast.

What if I have to cancel my accommodation?Please let us know as soon as possible! Until May 27th it’s free to cancel your room reservation. After that 100% of the room price might be charged, depending if your room/bed can be resold.

Can I park at Campus Horn?Yes, please use free parking place behind the Campus. There is no parking in front of the Campus between the main entrance and the lake.

How I get to Horn by public transport?From Vienna train station "Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof" - train station Horn (~1,5h) From the station in Horn to the Campus it's a 25 min. walk or a ride with the bus. Plan your trip HERE.

Is there a car share to the Campus?Please let us know if you need a lift, we will try to connect you with other dancers.
