Embark on an exciting journey into the world of 5Rhythms and mindfulness celebration at EUPHORICA, the first International 5Rhythms® Festival in Austria. Join us for a four-day exploration of self-discovery, connection, and pure joy. We warmly invite you to be part of our community celebration, welcoming both local Austrians and international friends!
Our mission is to bring together the global community of dancers who share the same love for this practice as we do, and to extend an invitation to newcomers, introducing them to the beauty of this profound practice.
Each day offers various 5Rhythms classes and you get to choose where your heart leads you to. The red thread throughout our festival are - of course - the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.
The main focus is on the Lyrical rhythm, and our theme is JOY and COMMUNITY!
WHAT TO EXPECT
5Rhythms Classes
Multiple 5Rhythms sessions are offered daily, following the map of the 5 rhythms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Explore a variety of options, like morning sessions, waves & heartbeat classes, evening melt downs, special waves and outdoor dancing, guaranteeing a conscious, diverse and enriching adventure.
Campfire Gatherings
Wind down your evenings by the campfire, sharing stories, laughter, singing and connection with fellow participants. A space for reflection and camaraderie.
Yoga & Meditation
Complement your dance journey with rejuvenating yoga sessions and a silent meditation room designed to balance and strengthen your body, heart, mind, soul and spirit. If you would be willing to contribute as a facilitator please get in touch with us.
Concert & Party
What's a festival without live music and a vibrating party format. The concert might be a new way of concert for you - it could elevate your inner sound experience to new heights.
The party will be an invitation to dance your ass off. We want to celebrate the joy of community where the beats merge with our bodies and our individual dissolves into the collective tribal energy.
